Values & Purpose

Collective Intelligence for Systemic Change

Radical human transformation of our climate and ecosphere necessitates and threatens an equally radical transformation of organised human life.
For this, we need everyone. No-one left behind. No-one excluded.

Acting with Agency in the Polycrisis

Big Picture

Post pandemic, and in the era of the polycrisis, what we know is that transformation is coming one way or another.
This can be scary, uncomfortable and overwhelming.

But we have the solutions, competencies and collective capacity to make the great transformation positive, just and therapeutic.

Once we start working together to navigate this transformation, then we can begin to imagine a thrivable future for our children and grandchildren, that mitigates and adapts to the baked-in damage, heading off and building foundations to weather future disruptions.

Purpose

The Collective Intelligence Agency

Our purpose at Ozymandias, is to act as a collective intelligence agency, guiding you through the turbulent landscape of the 21st century.

A vehicle for coalitions, alliances and partnerships generating transformation strategies; an ever evolving knowledge enterprise for planetary health and societal wellbeing.

A platform to collaborate; to induce positive transformation for people and planet, and to support organisations, initiatives and efforts that sorely need the knowledge and resources that we often have to pay far too much for, or for many, that we simply do not have easy access to.

Ozymandias Intelligence has grown strong roots to better enhance the resilience of movements and support organisations that regenerate and sustain live in all its forms.

Together, our interdependence makes us mighty.

Systemic Impact

Building Resilient Movements

Climate, social and human sciences have illuminated clear paths forward, yet systemic injustices persist; having been misled for decades, our society still relies on the power of fossil fuels worsening the climate crisis.

It’s time to take more radical action. Like many other systems scientists over the years*, we also define the term radical in its Latin original meaningRadicalis, ‘of or relating to a root’: “to address the underlying root drivers of a problem rather than its proximate causes or symptomatic effects” (Morrison et al. 2022).

We stand at the forefront, building and harnessing collective agency, leveraging knowledge and creativity to combat injustice and safeguard the very ecosystems that sustain us.

Join us in collaborating on research, strategy, and interventions that ensure a habitable future for all.
